As a structural design firm, we support projects from the initial planning stage to the completion of the framework on-site, with full professional responsibility and immediate consultation and response.
Initial Consultation
Consultation with the developer and architect upon receiving the initial architectural plan. Performing engineering checks and calculations and proposing alternatives to implement the building in the most economical and optimal way for the client/developer.
Detailed Design
Detailed design of the building's structural framework, including all required engineering elements - beams, columns, walls, ceilings, foundations, and more.
Submission for Approval
Preparation of a complete plan file and submission to the authorized licensing committee. Supporting the design until obtaining the building permit, including coordination with various professional parties.
Execution Coordination
Direct coordination with contractors, preparation of detailed work plans and specification of execution details. Ongoing support for the on-site execution team.
